Why Do I Need a Good Website?
Your website is the foundational piece to your entire ministry online. It is the cornerstone of everything we will set out to do with your marketing. It's something that you should not skimp on.
As nice as it is to have your friend's son or daughter or a close friend take a stab at this, it needs to be professionally done. Anyone can put together an easy template, but your website needs much more than that.
It needs to be you. It needs to be branded properly, say the right things, use the latest design trends, function properly on all device sizes, and provide a platform to grow from.
Whenever someone hears about you or comes across an advertisement online, they will come to your website to see if you're worthy of their time or visit. If the website doesn't properly appeal to your target member, they'll leave your website and never visit on a Sunday morning.
Bottom line: Your website is important. Don't take it lightly. If there is one thing you spend money on in the marketing world, make it be the website.
How do I get my church listed on Google Maps?
People need to be able to find your church by Googling you. And not just your church name, but when they type in things like "Church near me," or "Non-denominational churches in X area."
We live in a day and age where everyone uses GPS. If you aren't listed online within a person's GPS system, they'll never find you. Don't assume they'll pull out a map!
With our Google Maps setup kit, we'll register your address and church with Google to make sure you're visible for various keywords in the map. And if you're buying our Growth or Advanced Kit, you'll even get 200-300 map citations submitted.
A map citation is your name, address, and phone number (NAP) listed in online directories across the internet. The more of these you have from high ranking directories, the higher your map listing will show.

The other two churches on that map are nearly 4-5x the size because they are established and have been around for years. By using map citations and Google Reviews, we were able to get a church plant ranking on the map with other large churches. This has been a huge thing for them to get new visitors into the church.
What kind of online donations portal do you use?
We use the same Wordpress plugin for all of our churches. It's called GiveWP and comes with all of the necessary donation items you could need for your church plant.
Paypal and Stripe integration, recurring monthly donations, specific campaign goals, backend dashboard manager, donations reports, and the whole nine yards.
This is an additional cost, but we're able to reduce the cost by almost 35% of what you see on their website because of the number of clients we have. So you'll be eligible for a group purchasing discount.
This is without a doubt one the best donations plugins on the internet today. It's super easy to use and links directly to your bank account.
Will my site be optimized for mobile devices?
Yes! With the majority of people now logging onto websites via mobile, it's imperative that a website looks gorgeous on a mobile phone or tablet.
This is an area we see a big issue for ministries because most don't get their website mobile friendly. Or they are only partially done. This is a big no-no for many reasons.
For one, Google will penalize you for not having a mobile-friendly site. And two, people checking out your church from their phone will assume you are outdated and boring. It's amazing what a website can tell someone and what a poor setup can do to a viewer's subconscious.

Do you set up my Facebook page and run ads?
For the initial buildout of the website in the Growth and Advanced packages, we will set up both your Facebook and YouTube pages. These are very important for people to find you.
In order to advertise monthly and start directing people to your church from Facebook, we would discuss options that would work best for you. Monthly Facebook advertising is not included in the initial buildout packages.
Will you do any SEO (search engine optimization) for our website?
Basic SEO is included in the advanced kit. This would include 300 map citations, title tags, and meta descriptions. Google uses title tags and meta descriptions are what you see when you do a google search. The blue underlined portion is the title tag, and the long description is the meta description.
Google uses these to rank your website for certain keywords. They are very important if you want to rank for things like "churches near me," "denominational church," and so forth.
